I had a 7:45 am appt for an oil change service. I left it there and got a ride home to Exeter. I had a delivery coming that morning. I was told I’d be called when it was done. At 3:30 I finally called and was told it would be ready around 4:30. Not acceptable, it shouldn’t take 8 hours for a simple oil change service. I have a feeling my car was stated when I called at 3:30. Not acceptable.otherwise, happy with the work done, just not the time it took.

This past weekend a purchase my truck at Giant Chevrolet of Visalia. The staff were very friendly when we walked in. My salesman rep Jorge was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and answered all my questions. He made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Jorge.

Communication was great. Although they weren’t able to get to all the services I had requested the day I brought my truck in, they completed the service free of charge on a different date, making things right for the added inconvenience. This is how a business should operate!
