Great service and staff

Eli was great but the service was below average. They had my truck for over 5 days for service and to fix my passenger window. They never found the chirp I was hearing for engine compartment. They finally brought in a tech who actually knew what he was doing and I was told it was normal. Still don't believe it. They will be hearing from me if anything fails. What upset me the most was I brought in a sparkling clean truck and they gave me back a filthy truck.🤬

I had a great experience at Giant Chevrolet. George was awesome!! I went in a little nervous but George eased my mind. He explained everything so I can understand. The whole process was stress-free. George is very professional & friendly. I will be recommending Giant Chevrolet to all my friends and family.

We had Isiah for a service person and were told it would be ready 3 times and it wasn't. After we got it back we had to take it back in because something wasn't done right with recall

Breanna was such a great help in finding me the perfect car.

Took two days to locate and identify engine issues; problem light showed up on dashboard after paying $900++. Will have to take Chevy Trax back to identify new issue this Thursday. Frustrating and annoying.
