Zach was great! he was transparent throughout the process and found the exact truck I was looking for! I had called a few Chevrolet stores in Los Angeles area and experienced very low-quality service. Justin in Finance was great as well. Explained all the documents I was signing. Both are great assets to Giant Chevrolet.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time for specific routine maintenance and when I returned, I discovered they had not performed the tire rotation because a "machine was down." I was not informed when I arrived to have the maintenance done but rather at the time I was signing off. That is not good customer service. I was advised that I could return for the tire rotation-no thank you. I will take my small piece of business elsewhere.

Had an oil change, but the change oil monitor was not reset. Oil change monitor button reset can be added to a check list of items that must be done at oil change . Checking for filter tightening or presence is a good place to start also.

Went in for first oil change. Free service. Oil filter was left oily enough to leak spots in parking garage. Luckily not loose. And tires were not rotated as planned. Other than that, speedy service.

Very friendly, helpful in getting us the car we wanted with right equipment. Sales person went well. Eyond the call of duty.
