For our service customers:
To help save you time when dropping off your vehicle for service repairs we are now making service appointments. Appointments will not only shorten the line of vehicles, but will also allow us to have most of the information needed already input to write the repair order. Vehicles with appointments will have priority over non-appointment vehicles, but an appointment does not determine when your vehicle will be started on for repairs. However, your vehicle will be worked on in the order of your appointment time, not when dropped off. We will still allow non-appointment vehicles, but they may not be worked on for several hours, depending on the work load and/or vehicles with appointments. We will still do our best to accommodate customers who drop-in and wish to wait solely for an oil change and/or tire rotation without an appointment, but again, appointments have priority.
